After Midterm Election’s Blue Wave, Russells YELLOW Warns of Emerging YELLOW Wave

Russells YELLOW founder Russell, wearing a faded yellow cap and sport coat, looks toward a U.S. map showing a blue wave and a larger yellow wave, surrounded by Russells YELLOW branding.

Russells YELLOW founder Russell surveys the emerging “YELLOW wave” as the company playfully suggests that Tuesday’s election may not be the only wave worth watching.

As America focuses on one color, a Florida real estate company says another may be gaining ground.

We don’t want to alarm anyone. But while everyone was watching the map turn blue, something else was happening. More of the real estate process was turning YELLOW.”

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL, UNITED STATES, November 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Following Tuesday’s widely discussed “blue wave” in the national elections, Russells YELLOW today acknowledged signs of another wave quietly forming across Florida.
A YELLOW wave.

“Obviously, the blue wave has received considerable attention,” said Russell, founder of Russells YELLOW. “But while everyone was watching election maps turn blue, something else has been happening. More of the real estate process is turning YELLOW.”

Russells YELLOW is an online real estate platform designed to guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction - from preparing and listing a home through showings, offers, contracts, deadlines and closing.

The company believes that could have consequences.

“We don’t want to alarm anyone,” Russell said. “But once homeowners discover they can market a home, manage screened showings, receive and compare offers, work through contracts and keep a closing moving from one organized platform, it becomes difficult to know where this ends.”

For years, selling a home has involved agents, phone calls, emails, paperwork, reminders and people asking other people whether something got done.

YELLOW has taken the unusual position that much of this could simply be organized.
The company stressed that the YELLOW wave is not political.

“We’re staying in our lane,” Russell said. “It just happens to be a fairly large lane.”

Russells YELLOW says it has no plans to slow the spread.

“Tuesday belonged to blue,” Russell said.

“We’ll let them have that.”

“Now we see how much of the map we can turn YELLOW.”
